- ما الذي يقيسه، وحدوده
- An assertion carried by a leak report, not an estimate of a quantity. Opened and read 17 August 2026: Syria 'owes Iran $50 billion in funds spent to support the regime ... over the past ten years in the forms of both military and civilian support', leaked by a group affiliated with the Mujahideen-e Khalq; 'the agreements concluded with the Syrian regime to restore the debts only cover $18 billion of the $50 billion'.
- أدلة متعارضة
- Shares a numeral with the World Bank footnote range of 30 to 50 billion attributed to Iranian officials describing Iranian LENDING, which is a different claim on a different perimeter.
