- VOID, 17 August 2026, D-070. This row carried a Status against an empty claim and a Measure_and_scope reading 'See Notes' against a register that has no Notes column. What claim the ID stood for is not recoverable: the only artefact that specifies content for these IDs, سجلّ عمل داخلي, assigns different sources to them than the rows carry, so filling them would be inference dressed as a record. The ID is retired rather than reused. The source in the Source column is the one recoverable fact and is left standing. Named as a defect five times before it was disposed of: Chapter 4 v1 figures pass C8, v1 coverage pass H-6, v1 voice pass M8, the v2 diff review, and the Chapter 5 v3 diff review at C-3.
