قيد لاحق: 28 September 2026, D-244 item 2: Syria's first nationally determined contribution of November 2018 (SRC-093, page 6) charts energy-sector CO2 for each year from 2010 to 2016, "[quotation withheld, 8 words; follow the citation]", with no values printed and no method stated. It is a one-sector numerator with no output denominator this book stands behind, so Measure_and_scope stands and the row stays UNSOURCED. Its bars, on my reading, fall by more than half between 2011 and 2016; that reading supports a fall in energy-sector emissions and not a fall in intensity. Chapter 8 prints the chart and two labelled bar readings in "What is not known". - سؤال للاختصاصيين

- PERFORMED, RECORDED 26 AUGUST 2026 AT THE PART THREE GATE 6 REMEDIATION: Chapter 8 v13 line 145 reads 'This book withdraws that argument rather than qualifying it', and the paragraph pivots to avoided future lock-in in terms. THE STATUS STAYS UNSOURCED, because that is a statement about the claim and not about the chapter, and the row was reading as an outstanding instruction. Original Action, quoted so the discharge can be tested: 'Withdraw; use avoided future lock-in'.
