As at that date, in what this book read, one relationship is named with a counterparty and a date (Banque Bemo Saudi Fransi at Banque Saudi Fransi) and none is shown carrying commercial transfers; the governor's post of 22 September 2026 (more than six banks activating dollar transfers through correspondents) names none. Chapter 6 v95 lines 117, 289 and 291 carry this; Chapter 10 lines 189 and 247 hold.
