- RETIERED 11 August 2026 under D-028 against EVIDENCE_PROTOCOL's six-level source hierarchy. The previous value was an ad hoc quality score on an undocumented scale. Tier now records SOURCE TYPE only; how far this project has checked the document is the Status column. Previous value: tier 3. JUDGEMENT: an industry association's own review of its own market. Level 3 as a technical report, but it is self-reporting about the sector that funds it. Retrieved 10 August 2026 after the Chapter 1 v2 review recorded the market figures as entering prose at secondary tier. The Alliance states: the value of fund assets reporting the use of responsible or sustainable investment approaches has reached USD 16.7 trillion, increasing by nearly USD 5.5 trillion, or 49 per cent, over the last two years, using the same Morningstar data approach. The methodology changed between reviews: GSIR 2022 covered asset managers including segregated mandates and asset owners, on self-disclosed practices gathered by member surveys, representing 58 per cent of the investable market; GSIR 2024 uses Morningstar's reading of legal fund public disclosures, covering collective investment funds only, at 30 per cent of the investable market, which the Alliance itself describes as a 50 per cent reduction in scope of assets considered. It makes no explicit statement that the figures may not be compared, and says there is a continuation of the trends highlighted in previous reports PUBLISHER PAGE RETRIEVED 12 August 2026. It gives 'increasing by nearly USD $5.5 trillion (49%) over the last two years' and 'has reached USD$16.7 trillion'. THE CHAPTER'S NOTATION MATCHES THE PUBLISHER AND THIS ROW'S EARLIER RECORD WAS THE NORMALISED ONE, so the figures pass finding F6, that the chapter misquotes, does not hold. CONFLICT NAMED AND NOT RESOLVED, per سجلّ عمل داخلي: this row records the Alliance describing the change as 'a 50 per cent reduction in scope of assets considered' and the retrieved page renders it as 'a greater than 50% reduction'. Chapter 1 line 124 prints 'a 50 per cent reduction'. If the publisher's wording carries a floor, the chapter has dropped it, which is the same class as the FEWS NET floor at CH1-011. THE PROSE IS NOT CHANGED ON THIS: the retrieved page is a rendered account, not the review PDF, and D-029 does not permit prose to move on it. The review PDF goes to the retrieval queue. SECOND ROUTE TRIED 12 August 2026 under the D-046 sweep: the expected PDF path at gsi-alliance.org returned HTTP 404. The conflict on 'a 50 per cent reduction' against 'a greater than 50% reduction' therefore stands unresolved, Chapter 1 line 125 is unchanged, and the document stays on the queue with two routes recorded as tried.
