سجلّ التعديلات

يبقى السجل يتغيّر بعد أن يثبت الكتاب في الطباعة. وكل قيد أدناه أُضيف إلى هذا الصفّ بالترتيب المبيَّن، الأقدم أولاً.

  1. PERMISSION WIDENED 13 September 2026 on the author's decision (سجلّ عمل داخلي AQ-79 item 34, MIN-1109), stated once: THIS PAGE MAY BE USED FOR WHAT THE NAMED DEPUTY MINISTER SAID TO IT; FOR WHAT THE PAGE ITSELF REPORTS THE MINISTRY AS SEEKING; AND FOR WHAT ITS UNNAMED SOURCE IN THE MINISTRY SAID, WHERE THE PROSE SAYS THE SOURCE IS UNNAMED, NAMES THE PAGE AND ITS DATE, AND SETS THE ACCOUNT BESIDE THE MINISTRY'S NAMED ACCOUNTS, each attributed to the page and not to the ministry. Chapter 4 line 161 and Chapter 12 do this and stand. Tier 5 is unchanged: a state broadcaster's report of what an unnamed official said is evidence that the report was made.
  2. READ 16 August 2026. TIER 5, RUSSIAN STATE MEDIA, and used only for what a named official said to it. [RESTRICTION RESTATED 2 SEPTEMBER 2026 ON FINDING 1 OF THE CHAPTER 1 v30 DIFF REVIEW, WHICH FOUND THAT THIS FIELD REVOKED ITS OWN RESTRICTION IN ITS NEXT BREATH. What the row permits, stated once so a later pass does not have to reconcile two sentences: [quotation withheld, 35 words; follow the citation] The second limb is why the block below records the market-rate reassessment and concludes that v3 carries both accounts; the original wording, used only for what a named official said to it, would have barred the very use the same field then licensed. TIER 5 IS UNCHANGED and nothing here raises the page's weight: a state broadcaster's report of what a ministry is seeking is evidence that the report was made. WHAT IS NOT SETTLED BY THIS AMENDMENT, and is the author's: Chapter 4 v25 line 161 and Chapter 1 v30 line 247 both relay an account from an unnamed source in the ministry, which is neither limb above. That question is recorded at MIN-1109 and routed to the author against Chapter 4, where the reliance originates.] CONFIRMS WHAT THE CHAPTER ASSERTED BEFORE READING IT: the deputy minister gave no total, 'only references thousands of endowment properties in Damascus and Aleppo as preliminary estimates'. HIS POINT THAT RUNS IN THE MINISTRY'S FAVOUR, verbatim: 'Endowments in Egypt belong to Egyptian endowments even if established during Ottoman times! Similarly, Syrian endowments within Syrian territories belong to Syrian endowments.' AND ONE LIMB THAT CUTS AGAINST THE CHAPTER'S v2 CORRECTION: this page has the ministry seeking the documents 'to catalog waqf properties AND REASSESS RENTAL RATES AT CURRENT MARKET VALUES'. Chapter 4 v2 had put reclassification and market rent entirely on the critics, on the ANHA account alone; a second opened source puts the market-rate reassessment inside the ministry's own reported programme, so v2 had over-corrected in the ministry's favour and v3 carries both accounts.
