- GOVERNMENT SELF-REPORT AND LABELLED AS SUCH, WHICH IS ISSUE 72'S ACCEPTANCE TEST. The article reports the MINISTRY OF COMMUNICATIONS AND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY saying the national digital transformation strategy runs to 2030, IS CURRENTLY BEING UPDATED, and has three phases: a foundational stage on infrastructure and legislation, a transition phase of 2025 to 2027 introducing interactive services, and a final phase of 2027 to 2030 aimed at full integration and data-driven governance. CLAIMED ACHIEVEMENTS, ALL MINISTERIAL: the National Data Center completed, government cloud services expanded, digital signature systems rolled out, national interoperability frameworks and a government data integration platform developed, the Wajab unified complaints platform launched, electronic procurement systems launched, citizen service centres expanded. THERE IS NO INDEPENDENT USE OR OUTCOME DATA IN THE PIECE. CORRECTION TO THE EARLIER MANUSCRIPT: it says services are live across SEVEN MINISTRIES. The article says efforts 'span multiple ministries, INCLUDING foreign affairs, interior, justice, health, education, energy, and local administration, with several services already operating electronically'. Seven are named after an 'including', which is an open list and not a count. The chapter names the ministries rather than counting them.
