D-226 (Chapter 9 v31), 24 September 2026: the report's force majeure position is superseded in the company's own later words (SRC-680); the home page of gulfsands.com, read 24 September 2026, after the closing date, still carries a panel saying Block 26 remains under force majeure, which the prose does not print.
3. D-226 REMEDIATION (Chapter 9 v32), 24 September 2026 (B-7): the home page panel saying Block 26 remains under force majeure is not printed because it is undated and the company's dated later statements (SRC-680) contradict it; the date it was read is not the reason. The Reserves and Resources page (SRC-681) prints a new report as at 1 May 2026.
4. 19 October 2026 (closing pass 2, lift sweep): the closing date is now 18 October 2026 (D-315). Each 'after the closing date' above is true of the closing date in force when it was written (17 or 28 September 2026); a reading this row dates on or before 18 October 2026 is now an ordinary dated reading and no prose carries the closing-date label for it (the corrected texts of the D-315 pass were searched for 'closing date' on 19 October 2026: only the copyright page l.13 and the evidence note l.25 carry it, both stating the new date).
