- Amended 20 September 2026 for Chapter 4 v56 (B-2 of the v55 review), in its Notes: the condition in the block of 24 August 2026, that no prose may say Decree 114 establishes the Authority "until pages 141 to 146 are read", was met on 20 September 2026, when SRC-619 records the print read whole; Article (4) at gazette page 142, amending the law's Article 8, establishes a public body named "هيئة الاستثمار السورية" in place of the body established under Law 18 of 2021, and no prose yet says so.
