THE 2025 ENTRY DOES NOT CARRY 'Subject to Care on Location'; the 2026 page does, and the page's update log (114 entries, 28 April 2013 to 12 August 2026) names Syria once, on 8 April 2024 (the sustainable lending entry), so the Care on Location addition to Syria is not logged by name. Prose may say the no-cover entry stood on either side of 21 October 2025; it may not say the entry is unchanged. The CDX listing for 2025 showed 21 captures (26 April to 14 November 2025).
