Amended 20 September 2026 for Chapter 7 v38 (B-3 of the v37 review), in its Notes: Article 3's figure reads "12,560" new Syrian pounds a month at gazette page 152, read at a 300 dpi render on 20 September 2026 and, as SRC-274 records, at a calibrated 2,400 dpi render and in SANA's English report of the decree; the "BECOMES 2,500 NEW SYRIAN POUNDS A MONTH" above is the 500 dpi misreading of 5 September 2026 and is withdrawn.
