- READ AT THE RAW PAGE 7 SEPTEMBER 2026, AFTER A MODEL-SUMMARISED READING OMITTED THE FIGURE. The table's column headers are COUNTRY | COVER | COUNTRY CATEGORY | COUNTRY CEILING | USED PER END AUGUST 2026 | CONDITIONS. THE SYRIA ROW READS: cover 3, country category 7, 360, 'IMF/WB restrictions'. THE UNIT IS THE PAGE'S OWN: 'These categories are important for calculating the premium and country ceilings. Amounts are listed in millions of euros.' SO THE CEILING IS EUR 360 MILLION. The glossary defines it: 'The country ceiling indicates the maximum amount up to which we are willing to offer insurance.' A NAMED CEILING IS NOT AN EXCLUSION, and a first reading through a summarising fetcher returned the categories without the ceiling and read the position as more restrictive than it is. NOTHING MAY BE SAID ABOUT THE 'USED PER END AUGUST 2026' COLUMN: the row was read from flattened text in which that cell is empty, and an empty cell in a flattened row cannot be distinguished from a cell that was not captured. Comparators on the same page, on the same reading: Iran 480, Iraq 480, Libya 480, Lebanon 240, Yemen 60, Jordan 1850, UAE 631.3.
