Both rest on the run of 5 September 2026 recorded at سجلّ عمل داخلي and سجلّ عمل داخلي: the country page, retrieved that day, read 'Readiness support approved in USD $1.9 M'; the fund's open-data portal is a JavaScript application and served no rows to a fetch, only filters and field descriptions. Under D-233 the prose keeps the country page and its date and drops the portal sentence, and this row now carries it.
