WHAT IT SAYS, VERBATIM FROM THE RECORD: 'announced the completion of the transfer of a 48.68% stake in the share capital of Shahba Bank to Masaref Holding LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Estithmar Capital'; 'The stake was transferred from Banque Bemo Saudi Fransi and Ahli Trust Bank following the fulfilment of the required conditions and receipt of the relevant regulatory approvals, marking the formal completion of the transaction and moving it from agreement to execution.' THE ATTACHMENT'S ARABIC: «إتمام انتقال ملكية حصة تبلغ 48.68% من رأسمال «شهبا بنك» إلى «مصارف القابضة ذ.م.م.»»; [quotation withheld, 21 words; follow the citation]. WHAT IT DOES NOT SAY: which regulator gave which approval, on what date, or on what terms; the price; whether any capital increase has occurred (it says Masaref Holding intends to support the study of a proposal for one).
