WHAT IT SAYS, ARABIC VERBATIM: [quotation withheld, 29 words; follow the citation]; [quotation withheld, 17 words; follow the citation]; «تجرى امتحانات شهادتي التعليم الأساسي والثانوية العامة بفروعها كافة في المراكز الامتحانية المحددة في الريف الشمالي لمحافظة السويداء «منطقة اللوا»»; the programme: the general secondary and vocational secondary examinations [quotation withheld, 33 words; follow the citation]; basic education [quotation withheld, 14 words; follow the citation]; and [quotation withheld, 12 words; follow the citation]. WHAT THIS ESTABLISHES: the instrument's executive instructions were issued the day after the decree's publication, with a programme of 29 August to 10 September 2026 at centres inside the governorate, all before the closing date; and the agency reports the decree as issued on Wednesday 19 August, the day the chapter records its publication. WHAT IT DOES NOT ESTABLISH: that the examinations were held, or how many students sat them; nothing on that was searched for, and the chapter does not say.
