Verbatim: 'وُقعت في يوم الأربعاء الموافق 5 أغسطس 2026م، بالعاصمة السورية دمشق، ثلاث اتفاقيات لشراء الطاقة، بين شركة محمد أحمد الحرفي السعودية، والشركة السورية للكهرباء، واتفاقيتين للتعاون الفني بين شركة محمد أحمد الحرفي السعودية، وكل من شركة كهرباء السعودية لتطوير المشاريع (PDC)، وشركة سيمنس إنرجي الألمانية'; 'في منطقة وديان الربيع بريف دمشق'; 'تبلغ القدرة الإجمالية للمشروعات 760 ميجاواط، مرتبطة بأنظمة تخزين الطاقة بتقنية البطاريات بقدرة إجمالية تبلغ 1077 ميجاواط ساعة، وتمتد اتفاقيات شراء الطاقة بين 20 و25 عامًا، حيث تنتج الكهرباء بأسعار تنافسية تبدأ من 3 سنتات أمريكي لكل كيلوواط ساعة'. The supervising 'وزارة الطاقة' is not qualified by country in the text (the same item names 'وزارة الطاقة السورية' separately for Siemens Energy's memorandum), so the chapter does not name the supervising ministry. Trade reports seen in the search results mention a 400 kV connection and a total near US$1 billion attributed to Syrian state media; neither is read at a source and neither may be printed.
