'10,140 مليون' and '6,151 مليار' use the comma as a decimal separator (10.14 million barrels, 6.151 billion cubic metres; the daily rates confirm it); the prose prints only the daily rates. No method, source table or geography stated. WHAT PROSE MAY SAY: that the item puts total oil produced in Syria in 2013 at an average of 28,000 barrels a day and raw gas at 17 million cubic metres a day. WHAT IT MAY NOT SAY: that these continue, join or check the Statistical Abstract's crude series (OILPROD-003) or any company figure.
