Section 21 of Act 815 amended', '2. Section 57 of Act 815 amended'; s.1 substitutes s.21 '21. Use of Annual Budget Funding Amount (1) The Annual Budget Funding Amount is part of the national budget ...', and the page breaks at '(2) The use of the annual alloc…'. NOT READ: the rest of s.21 and all of s.2. ROUTES NOT TRIED: signing in to the database (needs an account, the author), a paid legal database, the printed Ghana Gazette, a request inside Ghana. STATUS §3.13 called the Act 'readable free'; that holds for the title, contents and the start of s.1 only. MAY NOT SUPPORT: what the new s.21 or the amended s.57 provide; trade press on either (SRC-391) remains evidence that the report was made and nothing more. The second Act of 2025 (24 December, 'no.2') is not on this database.

The statement that the second Act is not on this database is withdrawn; Chapter 9 v43 l.163 says only that I have not read it.
