A CALL, NOT A COMPLAINT: reported speech ([quotation withheld, 21 words; follow the citation]); English: 'He also urged international partners to invest in Syria's recovery'. It carries neither «خذل» nor «300 مليار»; on the coverage opened (محفوظة في أرشيف المؤلف) neither remark belongs to Doha, and both belong to the Alhurra interview (SRC-877). DATED AFTER THE BOOK'S CLOSING DATE (18 October 2026): any sentence using it gives the date. Attribute to SANA, not to the minister directly.
