The words are in UNifeed's English rendering of a soundbite spoken in Arabic ('in the UN's English'); the press release SC/16474 as held does not carry 'just partnership'. A CALL, NOT A COMPLAINT. SANA's Arabic report of the same statement adds «وتنفيذ الدعم المعلن», which is SANA's reported speech and not in the UN English.
- 20 OCTOBER 2026 (article 14 AR_READ AR14-7): SANA 2605261 (13 October 2026, 01:25 Damascus; محفوظة في أرشيف المؤلف) reports the same speech and carries this passage in third-person reported speech, without «عادلة» ([quotation withheld, 20 words; follow the citation]). It is not his verbatim Arabic; the UN's English stays the quoted text.

Captions only, not listened to. THE AUTHOR DECIDED ON 20 OCTOBER 2026 (D-322) that article 14's Arabic keeps the labelled translation of the UN's English; this route is recorded, not used.
