- Disbursed amount in US dollars per IDA grant, as the Bank's monthly statement reports it; nil is a published value, not an absence. The GCF record carries a disbursements block with no entry.

- A nil found on 11 September 2026 is not a statement about 10 August 2026, which is the Introduction's as-at date for its own register; the Introduction's sentence keeps both dates. The Bank's statement also carries a sixth grant, P518950 (2,000,000, approved 29 August 2026), outside the as-at date and not in the transaction register. ROW RE-CREATED 13 SEPTEMBER 2026: the 12 September script appended it to a copied slice and the append was lost; the wave A diff review (00, banked) found the row absent while the basis, change report and manifest cited it.
