Disbursements: ProjectDisbursementID 1542, AmountDisbursed 0, AmountDisbursedUSDeq 0, currency USD, entity ACTED. A PUBLISHED NIL AND AN UNKNOWN ARE DIFFERENT CLAIMS: an unknown says nobody looked, a published zero says the accredited entity has drawn nothing down at the publisher's own snapshot. TR-005's realisation was moved from UNKNOWN to 0 on this row. WHAT THIS DOES NOT CLOSE: the GCF READINESS award at TR-006.
