  1. RETIERED 11 August 2026 under D-028 against EVIDENCE_PROTOCOL's six-level source hierarchy. The previous value was an ad hoc quality score on an undocumented scale. Tier now records SOURCE TYPE only; how far this project has checked the document is the Status column. Previous value: tier 2. Opened 10 August 2026 to settle the price basis and asset coverage left open by the Chapter 1 brief. Both are now established and both break the convergence claim at source line 159. The GDP loss of US$799.4 billion is a modelled counterfactual at constant 2010 prices, being the cumulative gap between actual real GDP and a projection assuming steady 5 per cent annual growth without conflict, to end 2024. The physical capital destruction of US$123.3 billion is not a Development Programme assessment at all: annexe I-2 states it is ESCWA's 2020 estimate of US$117.7 billion, plus US$5.1 billion of 2023 earthquake damage estimated by the World Bank in its GRADE report, plus US$0.5 billion from localised battles estimated by the study team. The three components sum exactly
  2. D-303, 14 October 2026 (سجلّ عمل داخلي): PUBLICATION DATE CORRECTED from 24 to 19 February 2025. The publications page, in the Internet Archive capture of 23 February 2025 (SRC-777), is dated "February 19, 2025" and already offers the report at محفوظة في أرشيف المؤلف; UNDP's Arabic release (SRC-770) is datelined 19 February 2025. The held PDF prints no date; it is the later file named undp-sy-seia-final-24022025 (PDF metadata creation 25 February 2025), first recorded by the Wayback CDX on 15 March 2025, and 24 February came from that file name (سجلّ عمل داخلي, A2-1). Page citations (p.11, p.47) are to the held revision. The local file name is left as it is on disk.
  3. D-303 remediation, 14 October 2026 (سجلّ عمل داخلي, U-5): THE FILE THE PAGE OFFERED ON 19 FEBRUARY 2025 OPENED. محفوظة في أرشيف المؤلف (Internet Archive capture of نسخة محفوظة في أرشيف المؤلف, the same digest as نسخة محفوظة في أرشيف المؤلف; SHA-256 57191bf6d2048601a9b0aaf6f1e90d64379f59b6f8a27b1ae3b6d29aa9fc5e43), read 14 October 2026: 48 pages, PDF created 19 February 2025; the p.11 sentence and the p.47 figures are identical to the held revision's, and the text differs only on pp.4, 23, 24 and 42; no 250 in it.
  4. D-303 item 5, 14 October 2026 (سجلّ عمل داخلي): PDF p.4, headed INTRODUCTION, in both the held revision and the 19 February file, reads "[quotation withheld, 30 words; follow the citation]". The report frames its estimate against the reconstruction challenge in its introduction and defines US$923 billion as "the financial and economic cost" on p.11 (Chapter 1 v65 lines 77 and 83).
  5. D-303 item 6, 14 October 2026 (سجلّ عمل داخلي): p.11, closing the paragraph that defines US$923 billion: "[quotation withheld, 9 words; follow the citation]"; p.14: "[quotation withheld, 16 words; follow the citation]". Searched both files for rebuild, reconstruction cost/need/bill, cost of reconstruct and 923: 923 occurs only on p.11, and the report nowhere calls it a cost of rebuilding. Relied on by Chapter 1 v66 lines 77 and 83, curated appendix v22 line 27 and ar_v12, and article 2 line 41.
