سجلّ التعديلات

يبقى السجل يتغيّر بعد أن يثبت الكتاب في الطباعة. وكل قيد أدناه أُضيف إلى هذا الصفّ بالترتيب المبيَّن، الأقدم أولاً.

  1. "[quotation withheld, 1107 words; follow the citation]""Turkish Armed Forces and National Army""[quotation withheld, 70 words; follow the citation]""[quotation withheld, 26 words; follow the citation]""[quotation withheld, 333 words; follow the citation]""[quotation withheld, 13 words; follow the citation]"" and that ""[quotation withheld, 10 words; follow the citation]""[quotation withheld, 179 words; follow the citation]"
  2. D-304/D-307 series corrections (05), 18 October 2026: READING OF 18 OCTOBER 2026 (series corrections, unit 05, Chapter 5 v80) ON D-304 ITEM 9 A1 AND سجلّ عمل داخلي F-1, F-2 AND F-6. THE PREMISE OF THE 16 AUGUST NOTE IS WITHDRAWN. It reads: "[quotation withheld, 41 words; follow the citation]" The 'less than 5 percent of GDP' figure is the World Bank's own, printed in its documents for the Syria Public Financial Management Capacity Strengthening Project (P512516): the PID of 27 January 2026 and the PAD of 20 February 2026, paragraph 4 of each ("[quotation withheld, 19 words; follow the citation]"), and the press release of 11 March 2026 (new rows for the three; SRC-641 in Arabic). None gives a year or a source at that sentence. This document's 9.9 per cent is BUDGETED revenue (section E: "[quotation withheld, 10 words; follow the citation]"; Figure 21.A: "A. Budgeted revenue"; annex note: "[quotation withheld, 6 words; follow the citation]"), and a budgeted average does not test a collection figure, so it neither confirms the Bank's later figure nor refutes it. Nothing in this document is shown to be the source of the 5 (VERIFY_A1_A3 section 3.3: "[quotation withheld, 9 words; follow the citation]"). Chapter 5 v80 l.151 to l.153 are restated on these documents; no revenue-to-GDP ratio is printed (D-304 item 9 A1). The rest of the 16 August note (the figures, the perimeter) stands; note that the annex states a narrower perimeter than section E (annex: 'covers the Central Government in Damascus, it therefore excludes ... the autonomous region in northeastern Syria'), recorded for the author in the unit's سجلّ عمل داخلي and not acted on.
  3. READ AT PRINTED PAGE 20 (PDF page 30), 24 October 2026, for D-327 item 3. Section G, Financial Sector, verbatim: 'There is minimal reliable information, as asset quality reviews and other due diligence are yet to be conducted. CBS data suggests very small banking assets, close to 12 billion USD in November 2024 (69 percent with state-owned banks, 19 percent with conventional private banks and 12% with Islamic banks).' THE PDF TEXT LAYER BREAKS 'sug - gests' ACROSS A LINE, so a text search for 'suggests' or 'close to 12 billion' on the PDF can miss it; محفوظة في أرشيف المؤلف carries the same sentence. This is the source of the figure SRC-193 (AGBI) prints, by inference. Do not set it beside SRC-881's US$13.2 billion at end-2025 as growth.
