سجلّ التعديلات

يبقى السجل يتغيّر بعد أن يثبت الكتاب في الطباعة. وكل قيد أدناه أُضيف إلى هذا الصفّ بالترتيب المبيَّن، الأقدم أولاً.

  1. RETRIEVED 17 August 2026 AND NOT YET OPENED. Reading owed. Cite what it cites where it names a figure; a trade report of economists' warnings is evidence that the warning was made.
  2. PATH CORRECTED 17 August 2026. The research copy had been saved under a filename carrying a DIFFERENT SRC number, because the files were named before the register ids were final. Six rows were affected; the v10 diff review found one of them and recorded it as an observation. The file is unchanged; only its name and this row's path are.
  3. READ 17 August 2026 at its standfirst and opening; datePublished 2026-08-11, by Matt Smith. IT IS A TRADE REPORT AND ITS VALUE IS THAT IT DATES A FIGURE THIS PROJECT HAD FLOATING. 'In November 2024, the industry's assets totalled just $12 billion, of which state-owned banks held 69 percent. Privately run conventional banks accounted for 19 percent and Islamic banks for 12 percent.' SO THE $12 BILLION IS A NOVEMBER 2024 FIGURE, which is before the change of government, and the chapter must date it rather than call it a 2024 or current figure. It attributes to a World Bank 2025 report the judgement that the state-owned lenders were 'likely [to be] distressed', and THAT UNDERLYING REPORT IS NOT HELD: cite what it cites, not this row. ITS PHOTO CAPTION CARRIES A CURRENT FACT WORTH CHECKING SEPARATELY: that the Central Bank withdrew the old banknotes from circulation at the end of July 2026, which bears on SRC-044's redenomination and on the AML thresholds at SRC-209. A caption is not a source; the withdrawal needs the Central Bank's own instrument before it is printed.
  4. PUBLIC ADDRESS RECOVERED 31 AUGUST 2026 from the publisher's own canonical or og:url declaration inside the archived capture, or from another field of this row, and NOT from a fresh retrieval. The address is what the publisher stated the document's location to be at the time this project captured it; it has not been re-fetched since. Recorded so the works cited head-note count can move and so a reader has a route.
  5. CORRECTED 24 October 2026 (D-327 item 3, on سجلّ عمل داخلي A1). THE SENTENCE ABOVE THAT READS 'THAT UNDERLYING REPORT IS NOT HELD: cite what it cites, not this row' IS WRONG AS A STATEMENT ABOUT THIS PROJECT'S HOLDINGS AND IS WITHDRAWN. A 2025 World Bank report carrying the same November 2024 figure and the words 'likely distressed' is held at SRC-071 (Syria Macro-Fiscal Assessment, June 2025), printed page 20 (PDF page 30), section G, Financial Sector, held since August 2026: 'There is minimal reliable information, as asset quality reviews and other due diligence are yet to be conducted. CBS data suggests very small banking assets, close to 12 billion USD in November 2024 (69 percent with state-owned banks, 19 percent with conventional private banks and 12% with Islamic banks).' The same page says: 'State-owned banks, which dominated the financial system before 2011, are likely distressed.' AGBI does not name the report, so that it is AGBI's source is an inference, though a strong one (the date and all three shares are identical). Chapter 6 l.211 cites AGBI, which is true of AGBI; the author declined re-citing it to the World Bank (D-327 item 4). Any later sentence citing the World Bank directly must keep 'close to', 'on Central Bank data' and 'minimal reliable information'.
