- NOT OBTAINED. HTTP 403 to the fetch tool on 16 August 2026 on both the English and Arabic editions; a domain-scoped search on the same day did not locate the piece. DISTINGUISH IT FROM SRC-106, which is a different Enab Baladi article of May 2024 that the author supplied as a PDF. THREE FIGURES REST ON THIS UNOPENED PIECE and the chapter carries the failure in the sentence: agricultural owners at thirty-five per cent of the VALUE rather than the area; the residential term as fifty to fifty-five square metres of finished construction per hundred; and a total cost of seventeen to twenty billion dollars against twenty-one. UNTRIED ROUTES, ALL NEEDING THE AUTHOR: a subscription news database, the publication's own archive, a direct approach. The author obtained SRC-106 by a route this process does not have, so the same route may reach this.
- PROMOTED TO READ 16 August 2026. OBTAINED at https://www.enabbaladi.net/804716/ with a browser user-agent after two earlier methods were refused, and REGISTERED IN FULL AT SRC-128, which carries what it says and the three ways the chapter was wrong about it. This row is kept as the record of the failed attempts that preceded it, per D-051.
- PUBLIC ADDRESS RECOVERED 31 AUGUST 2026 from the publisher's own canonical or og:url declaration inside the archived capture, or from another field of this row, and NOT from a fresh retrieval. The address is what the publisher stated the document's location to be at the time this project captured it; it has not been re-fetched since. Recorded so the works cited head-note count can move and so a reader has a route.
