1. RESOLVES THE DATE DISCREPANCY AT SRC-142 WITHOUT CHOOSING SILENTLY. The page carries 'Published: 2025/07/09 8:45 PM' and reports that the President 'issued on Wednesday the Decree No. (113) for the year 2025'. 9 July 2025 was a Wednesday. The fund's own site dates the decree to 24 June 2025. BOTH ARE DEFENSIBLE AND THEY ARE NOT THE SAME EVENT: the instrument bears one date and the announcement another, fifteen days apart. The chapter states which is which.
2. PUBLIC ADDRESS RECOVERED 31 AUGUST 2026 from the publisher's own canonical or og:url declaration inside the archived capture, or from another field of this row, and NOT from a fresh retrieval.
