WHAT THE LISTING SHOWS, AND IT IS DIRECTLY ON THE CHAPTER'S GOVERNING CLAIM: circular ص/169/18 dated 24 March 2025, addressed to all financial and banking institutions operating in the country, issued further to circular ص/18/97 of 23 February 2025. SO THE SUPERVISOR WAS ISSUING INSTRUCTIONS TO THE WHOLE SECTOR WITHIN TEN WEEKS OF THE CHANGE OF GOVERNMENT. What those circulars require is unknown until they are read, and nothing may be written about their content. RETRIEVAL LIMIT, STATED: the copy held renders the table's headings and the first row's description but not the download links, so the documents themselves are a further retrieval. The route is open and is the same site.
