- AMENDED IN THIS PASS, 23 September 2026 (D-220 remediation, Chapter 8 v54), column Notes: "[quotation withheld, 8 words; follow the citation]" This row's opening 'every figure below is a statement by a named official or by Fund employees to this investigation' is superseded: Maher al-Zoubi's Commercial Bank figure was given in a televised interview of 28 May 2024 and Adnan Hassan's Popular Credit Bank figure 'in a similar statement', both reported by the English edition only. And the third engineer's words ('forced to choose mediocre or low-quality systems due to the restrictions imposed on loan values') are the investigation's report of Mohammad Kahwaji's view, «يرى … أن»; they are not his quoted words.

The index of part one of issue 49 of the 2021 Gazette (SRC-376) lists Ministry of Electricity decisions 1477 of 18 November and 1569 of 2 December 2021. If the ministry numbers its decisions in one annual series, 1578 falls in early December; that is an inference from the neighbours, not a reading of the decision, and the chapter keeps the investigation's date, attributed. Untried route: the early-2022 Gazette issues.

- D-233/D-234 compression pass (08r), 27 September 2026: 27 September 2026, on F-2 of سجلّ عمل داخلي: the route this row's D-222 item 4 block names as untried, 'the early-2022 Gazette issues', has been run, with the rest of the 2022 volume, and is recorded at SRC-482 (27 September block) and محفوظة في أرشيف المؤلف. Decision No. 1578 is not in the general index of any 2022 issue-part searched (109 of 110; part one of issue 9 is served by the archive only as the 2023 issue). The inference from the neighbouring numbers is unchanged and still not a reading of the decision; the Ministry of Electricity's part-one decisions of early 2022 run 26 (10 January), 226 (6 March), 251 (7 March) and 299 (13 March), so the ministry's 2022 series restarted at the year, consistent with 1578 belonging to 2021. The decision's number, date, basis and effect still rest on this investigation alone. Decision 226 of 6 March 2022 (Gazette part one, issue 12 of 2022, page 204), read at the text, sets per-watt fees for testing panels, batteries and inverters in private laboratories 'to be accredited by the National Center for Energy Research' ([quotation withheld, 9 words; follow the citation]); it does not cite Decision 1578 and is not used in the chapter (held for the author). Untried routes now named, all needing the author: a copy of the missing part ones from outside the archive, a paid Syrian legal database, a request made from inside Syria.

The English edition's 'in consultation with' (line 71) renders «وباقتراح من»; the chapter follows the Arabic, 'on the proposal of'.
