If the ministry numbers its decisions in one annual series, 1578 falls in early December; that is an inference from the neighbours, not a reading of the decision, and the chapter keeps the investigation's date, attributed. Decision No. 1578 is not in the general index of any 2022 issue-part searched (109 of 110; part one of issue 9 is served by the archive only as the 2023 issue). The inference from the neighbouring numbers is unchanged and still not a reading of the decision; the Ministry of Electricity's part-one decisions of early 2022 run 26 (10 January), 226 (6 March), 251 (7 March) and 299 (13 March), so the ministry's 2022 series restarted at the year, consistent with 1578 belonging to 2021. The decision's number, date, basis and effect still rest on this investigation alone. Decision 226 of 6 March 2022 (Gazette part one, issue 12 of 2022, page 204), read at the text, sets per-watt fees for testing panels, batteries and inverters in private laboratories 'to be accredited by the National Center for Energy Research' ([quotation withheld, 9 words; follow the citation]); it does not cite Decision 1578 and is not used in the chapter (held for the author).
