Amended 29 September 2026 (audits/reports/D258_english_diff_review_2026-09-29.md F-3): Article 7(أ) says «ودعم الفائدة على القروض», the interest on loans, and does not say whose; "loans made by others" is an inference, not the law's words. Chapter 8 v69 line 235 states both heads of Article 7 as the law gives them.
