The evidence register

for The Numbers That Do Not Hold by Rayan Azhari

Every claim of substance in the book has a row here: what the claim says, the source it rests on, when that source was published and when this book opened it, the limits on it, and what remains to be checked. Not every row rests on a document the author has held. Where a claim rests on an account of a document rather than the document, the row says so, and so does the sentence in the text that uses it.

Identifiers are stable and will not be reused or moved. Rows change: each carries its own amendment trail, in order. The register as it stood on 5 September 2026 is the version this edition rests on. A snapshot of that state is deposited here alongside the live register.

What is not here

Long verbatim quotations from third-party documents are withheld: 833 of them across the registers. Publishing the register is a second act of publication and the permissions the book obtained are for the book. Every withheld passage is marked where it sat, with its length, and the citation beside it will take you to the source. Nothing else is removed.

The working records of how the book was made, being the minors ledger, the archive sweeps and the blocker log, are process documents rather than evidence and are not published.
