CH8, the certification section (v61 line 193, D-236 item 3): the decision is headed وزارة الكهرباء, القرارات, قرار رقم /226/, بموجب القرار رقم /226/ تاريخ 2022/3/6, and reads whole: 'تحدد التعرفة الخاصة باختبار تجهيزات الطاقة المتجددة ( اللواقط – الإنفرترات والشواحن المدمجة – الإنفرترات – البطاريات ) في المخابر الخاصة والتي سيتم اعتمادها من قبل المركز الوطني لبحوث الطاقة وفق الآتي: 1- تعرفة اختبار اللواقط بمبلغ /65/ ل.س لكل واط. 2- تعرفة اختبار البطاريات بمبلغ /24/ ل.س لكل واط. 3- تعرفة اختبار الانفرترات والشواحن المدمجة OFF-GRID بمبلغ /20/ ل.س لكل واط. 4- تعرفة اختبار الانفرترات ON-GRID بمبلغ /17/ ل.س لكل واط'. The centre's name is «المركز الوطني لبحوث الطاقة» (AR-0691).

READ WHOLE at the page image 27 September 2026 (route log research/CH8_GAZ2022_2026-09-27/ROUTE_LOG.md) and again 28 September 2026 for the D-236 item 3 draft; located from the issue's general index (SRC-693; research/CH9_HELD_gazette_indexes/2022_i12_p1.txt, row 28, 226, 06-03-2022, وزارة الكهرباء). READ AFTER THE CLOSING DATE (17 September 2026): its use at Chapter 8 line 193 falls under the tenth dated exception (D-236 item 2). The Gazette prints it as a summary («بموجب القرار»), with no preamble: it cites no instrument, and the file's text layer (NFKC) returns zero for 1578 and 8751, so it neither confirms nor refers to Decision 1578. The laboratories are private and 'will be' accredited by the centre («سيتم اعتمادها»), so as at 6 March 2022 the accreditation was in the future; the decision says nothing of the centre's own laboratory, which is what Bassam Darwish describes as unfinished in March 2025 (SRC-366). NOT PRINTED: the four per-watt fees (65, 24, 20 and 17 pounds a watt, old pounds by date), which would need figure-inventory rows and the old-pound qualifier; and the next item on the page, Decision 251 of 7 March 2022, which delegates to the deputy minister for energy research and quality the authority of authorising and disbursing officer for the fund, [quotation withheld, 10 words; follow the citation].
