OPENED 28 September 2026 on D-236 item 3, because the 2022 absence printed at Chapter 8 line 197 rested on files that no row named as a corpus: SRC-473 names the 75 files of 23 August 2026 within its eighteen-year holding, and SRC-482, whose Citation is the 2021 issue texts, carries the 27 September search in its Notes only. This row is the 2022 counterpart of SRC-461. SEARCHED 27 September 2026 (tenth dated exception, D-236 item 2, after the closing date of 17 September 2026), route log research/CH8_GAZ2022_2026-09-27/ROUTE_LOG.md: 1578 and 8751, NFKC-normalised, Arabic-Indic digits folded, over 109 of 110 issue-parts. RESULT: the one row numbered 1578 is issue 16 part 2, pages 87 to 95, a Ministry of Internal Trade and Consumer Protection ratification of a company statute dated 22 November 2021, not the Ministry of Electricity decision. CONTROLS FIRE: the decisions heading occurs 2,951 times in the 75 held indexes; Ministry of Electricity rows are found in part one (Decision 26 of 10 January 2022, issue 5; Decisions 226 and 251 of 6 and 7 March 2022, issue 12; Decision 299 of 13 March 2022, issue 13) and in part two (generation licences, issues 1, 3, 11, 12, 14 and 16); Decision 226 was opened at its text (SRC-694), so the index-to-text route works for a ministry decision of this period. SLUGS: five Arabic-slug pages carry the 2023 issue under a 2022 name (issue 1 part 2, issue 2 part 1, issue 5 parts 1 and 2, issue 9 parts 1 and 2), held and not counted as 2022; the two-digit English slugs serve the 2022 issue for each except issue 9 part 1, and also carry issue 2 part 2 and issues 8 and 10, which the year listing omits. NOT SEARCHED: part one of issue 9 of 2022 (about 9 March 2022), whose Arabic and English pages carry the 2023 issue dated 1 March 2023; eight further slug variants return 404, and the Wayback CDX API holds no capture of either slug (SRC-482, D-236 retest block). Issues 49 and 50 of 2022 return 404 under both slugs while 2022 issue 48 and 2023 issue 1 resolve, so 1 to 48 is the archive's whole reachable 2022 run. WHAT THIS ROW MAY NOT SUPPORT: any claim that Decision 1578 was never gazetted, because these are indexes and not texts, and part one of issue 9 is not held in any form.
