OPENED 5 SEPTEMBER 2026 UNDER D-187 DECISION 3, which put Chapter 9's remaining routes ahead of its pass. Chapter 9 lines 143 and 147 disclosed the gazette volumes for other years as unswept. THE CORPUS WAS ALREADY ON DISK. Full record at audits/reports/CH9_gazette_years_swept_2026-09-05.md. SEARCHED in the five orthographic forms SRC-392 records, whitespace collapsed and diacritics stripped. قواعد شبكة النقل returns 0 across all 1,439. كود الشبكة returns 0. Any قواعد شبكة title returns ONE, which is the distribution code at SRC-474. THE CONTROLS FIRE IN EVERY YEAR: مرسوم 1,764, قانون 1,327, وزار 44,150, so the zeros are absences and not a failed search. The 20 hits for كود were read one by one: NINETEEN ARE COMPANY NAMES, a customs system and the municipality of Koudneh in Quneitra. WHAT THIS DOES NOT ESTABLISH: that the transmission code was never gazetted. THESE ARE INDEXES, NOT FULL TEXTS, and the corpus is what this book holds, not the whole gazette; 2006, 2007 and every year before 2005 are not in it.
