So the word Closed was available to EDC and is not the word it uses of Syria, and prose must not upgrade 'limited information available' to an exclusion. A THIRD-PARTY DATABASE ASSERTS OTHERWISE and is not to be used: a search summary stated that EDC's excluded countries are North Korea, Russia and Syria. EDC's own page does not say that.
