THE PAGE'S OWN VOCABULARY RUNS Open; Open on restricted basis; Open on highly restricted basis; Limited information available; and Closed. AFGHANISTAN ON THE SAME PAGE READS 'Closed'. So the word Closed was available to EDC and is not the word it uses of Syria, and prose must not upgrade 'limited information available' to an exclusion. A THIRD-PARTY DATABASE ASSERTS OTHERWISE and is not to be used: a search summary stated that EDC's excluded countries are North Korea, Russia and Syria. EDC's own page does not say that.
