RvA's third-country cell reads 'Yes + Agreement with TK's TURKAK' and Swedac's 'Yes + Agreement with UA's NAAU'; the document does not say what either agreement covers. DAkkS and ENAC: No to third-country applicants. IPAC, SNAS and SA give September, October and November 2026 as the months they expect to be ready. Syria is not named. THE PUBLISHED DATE IS THE PAGE'S, AND THE TABLE MAY BE REPLACED IN PLACE; a printed count must carry '1 September 2026'.
