READ FROM THE RENDERS 12 SEPTEMBER 2026; the text layer scrambles the columns and must not be quoted. Twenty-seven bodies, four columns, totals 24 agreed to provide, 14 ready to accept applications, 7 agreed to accredit third-country applicants, 5 already accepting third-country applications (COFRAC, Accredia, RvA, PCA, Swedac). RvA's third-country cell reads 'Yes + Agreement with TK's TURKAK' and Swedac's 'Yes + Agreement with UA's NAAU'; the document does not say what either agreement covers. DAkkS and ENAC: No to third-country applicants. IPAC, SNAS and SA give September, October and November 2026 as the months they expect to be ready. Syria is not named. THE PUBLISHED DATE IS THE PAGE'S, AND THE TABLE MAY BE REPLACED IN PLACE; a printed count must carry '1 September 2026'. Re-downloaded 18 October 2026, SHA-256 da498f4e..., identical to 16 October. Chapter 3 v35 l.119 prints the 7 October totals with that date; the 1 September totals (24, 14, 7, 5) no longer print.
