Measure and scope
Scope: the six registers of SRC-843 (RvA, COFRAC, Accredia, DAkkS, ENAC, TURKAK) searched, plus the Greek and Swedish records read and PCA, SNAS and UKAS run; not a count of CBAM verifiers in the Union. The Commission's state of play of 7 October 2026: 24 agreed to provide, 18 ready to accept applications, 7 already accepting third-country applications.
Known conflict
Swedac's record carries 'Active in: Sverige/Sweden', which is not read as a list of countries of verification. Accredia's decision and its news item of 6 October 2026 list different activity groups for RINA and SGS; group I is in every version.
