- D-229, 24 September 2026: the LD 133 text read in a private archive's transcription (SRC-685, tier 5, not the Gazette): Article 1 bars granting any concession to exploit mineral and petroleum resources to any natural or legal person, dated 22 December 1964 (Hijri 18/8/1384). The header year 1970 sits beside the empty-date value 1970-01-01 and the page's publication field reads 1964-12-22, which the transcription's date matches. Used for AR-1020's Locator and Notes. The bar on stating more than Article 1 stands until the Gazette of December 1964 is opened (not tried: أرشيف المؤلف holds no Gazette index before 2005).
