The decree page transcribes «مرسوم تشريعي رقم / 133 / 22 / 12 / 1964»; [quotation withheld, 30 words; follow the citation]; [quotation withheld, 15 words; follow the citation]; [quotation withheld, 16 words; follow the citation], signed «أمين الحافظ». Habash's article gives the same Article 1 and 22 December 1964. TIER 5: a private archive's transcription, not the Gazette; no sentence may state more than Article 1 until the Gazette of December 1964 is opened. Not tried: that Gazette issue (أرشيف المؤلف holds no Gazette index before 2005). Sibling of SRC-598.
