Article 1: 'تسقط الحقوق الوقفية التالية (الأعشار - السلاطين - الأمراء - المرتبات السنوية) المدونة في الصحائف العقارية سواء في حقل النوع الشرعي أو حقل الإشارات بعد استيفاء ما يعادل نسبة 5% من القيمة المالية الرائجة المحددة من قبل الدوائر المالية المختصة لقيمة العقار أو الحصة السهمية لصاحب العلاقة'. Article 2: 'يحق للمالك في المناطق التنظيمية تسديد النسبة المذكورة أعلاه عيناً وتسجيل ما يعادلها كحصة سهمية باسم مديرية الأوقاف المختصة'. Article 3: the competent endowments directorate issues the letters needed to strike the rights and notations after confirming collection. Article 4: the sums collected are recorded as revenue of the competent directorate. Article 5: publication; every contrary provision cancelled.
