Article 2: 'يحق للمالك في المناطق التنظيمية تسديد النسبة المذكورة أعلاه عيناً وتسجيل ما يعادلها كحصة سهمية باسم مديرية الأوقاف المختصة'. Article 3: the competent endowments directorate issues the letters needed to strike the rights and notations after confirming collection. Article 4: the sums collected are recorded as revenue of the competent directorate. Article 5: publication; every contrary provision cancelled.
