Rows read: «معلم صف - مدرس فئة أولى» 26,000 salary + 10,400 compensations = 36,400; second category 23,400 + 10,400 = 33,800; «مدير التربية والتعليم المساعد» 26,000 + 26,000 = 52,000; «خارج الملاك فئة أولى» 26,000 + 0 = 26,000. The statement says the regulations were approved 'according to the job titles and financial values shown in the table attached to this statement'. IT IS THE MINISTRIES' IMPLEMENTING TABLE, NOT THE SCHEDULE ANNEXED TO DECREE 68, WHICH IS STILL NOT HELD (SRC-274 governs: the article may not call 36,400 the annexed schedule's figure). Fuller than SANA's list of 'the most prominent' («ومن أبرزها») that Chapter 7 l.47 rests on; whether l.47's 'a selection' needs a dated note is put to the author. The images are 600 px wide and the footnote is not legible.

Render اللوائح as 'schedules' (AR-0619), not 'regulations'. The statement's final paragraph: salaries paid on schedule, the increase or arrears «بعد استكمال تدقيق القوائم النهائية», the old salary before the Eid and the increase straight after, [quotation withheld, 7 words; follow the citation]. PROSE MAY NOT call 36,400 what a teacher was paid in May 2026; it is what the post carries under the table.

Chapter 7 l.47 now rests on this row, not on SANA's selection alone, and carries the D-256 form ('I read that posting on 16 October 2026, after this book's closing date'). The question this row put to the author ('whether l.47's a selection needs a dated note') is settled by D-304 item 1. Rows confirmed at the image: 'مشرف مجمع' 42,250; 'موجه أول' 46,800; 'رئيس دائرة - قسم (مركزية)' 51,350; 'موجه - أمين سر - مرشد - مخبر - أمين مستودع - أمين مكتبة ف1 (أساسه وظيفة تعليمية)' 32,500; the table is dated 5 Dhu al-Hijja 1447, 22 May 2026, and signed by the Minister of Finance and the Minister of Education. The bar stands: whether the table reproduces Decree 68's annex is open (l.51 says so), and 36,400 is what the post carries, not what a teacher was paid.
