The statement says the regulations were approved 'according to the job titles and financial values shown in the table attached to this statement'. IT IS THE MINISTRIES' IMPLEMENTING TABLE, NOT THE SCHEDULE ANNEXED TO DECREE 68, WHICH IS STILL NOT HELD (SRC-274 governs: the article may not call 36,400 the annexed schedule's figure). Fuller than SANA's list of 'the most prominent' («ومن أبرزها») that Chapter 7 l.47 rests on; whether l.47's 'a selection' needs a dated note is put to the author.
