Decision No. 312 is not in the held 2023 Gazette index captures (issues 10 to 50 with gaps; issues 1 to 9 not held), per FETCH_RECORD section 4.
2. 18 October 2026 (closing pass 2, CL2-C), R05-8 and LABELS #34: (1) the label lifts at the closing date of 18 October 2026; the reading of 16 October 2026 stays dated in the prose. (2) FOR 'issues 1 to 9 not held' READ: issue 9 parts one and two and the supplement to part one are held under 2022 titles at محفوظة في أرشيف المؤلف (نسخة محفوظة في أرشيف المؤلف, نسخة محفوظة في أرشيف المؤلف, نسخة محفوظة في أرشيف المؤلف) and were read on 18 October 2026; issues 1 to 8 run to 23 February 2023 and cannot print a decision of 27 February. (3) Decision 1698 of 27 February 2023 (Ministry of Public Works and Housing, engineers' fees after the earthquake) was found in the issue 9 supplement and is not Decision 312 (SRC-847).
