1. READ by unit CL2-D on 18 October 2026 at page 1 (the panel and its notes) and searched whole for the May update's characterisation sentence, which it does not carry. Panel: '2,009,506 1,795,641 5,542,227 IDP returnees*** Returnees from countries of asylum** Internally displaced people*'; '*Source: OCHA, August 2025'; '**Source: UNHCR, since December 2024. This is calculated by triangulating multiple data sources, including population-movement reporting and border-monitoring data.'; '***Source: OCHA and UNHCR, from December 2024 to August 2026'. The internally displaced figure is the same OCHA August 2025 baseline as in May (SRC-024; CH1-011). NOT READ: pages 2 to 4 beyond the search. Later dashboards (124507, 124506, 15 October 2026) were not opened by this unit and are not printed. MAY NOT SUPPORT: any count at a gate, or a comparison with FEWS NET (Chapter 1's), without restating the measure.
2. 25 October 2026 (D-334, سجلّ عمل داخلي): Page 3 read at the rendered page under the heading Return, for the crossings question of Chapter 7 l.133; the document itself was opened 18 October 2026.
