Measure and scope
Table 10 gives each study its timeframe of damage assessed, its constant price year, and both the original and the December 2024 inflation-adjusted figures. Adjusted physical damage runs from 49 for SCPR 2015 to 190 for Seifan in Mroue and Chehayeb 2023. The annex names the sources of variability explicitly: differences in scope, assessment timelines relative to the conflict, geographic coverage, sectoral focus, methodological approaches and inflation adjustments
Known conflict
The annex text states the range begins at approximately US$58 billion for SCPR 2020, while its own Table 10 shows SCPR 2015 adjusted at 49, which is lower. That is a fourth instance in this document of a figure stated two ways
