Chapter 1 prints both and says they differ || 18 October 2026 (closing pass 2, D-315; unit CL2-E): LATER EDITION, 18 OCTOBER 2026 (unit CL2-E, STATUS.md section 3.5; SRC-875): UNHCR's August 2026 update, published 29 September 2026, carries 5,542,227 on the same OCHA August 2025 baseline and 2,009,506 IDP returnees from December 2024 to August 2026, still about 30,000 below FEWS NET's June 2.04 million (arithmetic mine), and 1,795,641 refugee returnees. Chapter 1 l.229 keeps the May comparison (about 330,000 and about 120,000) and adds the August reading.
